Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of HR software is a plus.
