Supply Chain Planning Associate Analyst

Overview:

- Within Europe Supply planning (CCC Hub based role), we are looking for a Supply Planning Regression test Subject Matter Expert to act as the key stakeholder to support the migration of SWE Oracle and legacy ERPS to SAP PIRT Version, specifically in regards to the regression test for JDA Supply planning Solution
- The role will proactively coordinate and execute the project/program test, validation and signoff activities to complete the rollout roadmap and objectives/deliverables specifically for the SAP-BY project.
- The role will support the BY-SP team that will coordinate and perform the regression test activities as well as the Change-related re-test and validation activites

**Responsibilities**:
**Support** transformation programme testing, validation & signoff activities, acting as Supply planning SME**
- Act as Regression Test SME, acquiring the knowledge, taking trainings and getting exposure to the different systems involved within the transition in scope (SAP, o9, BY, etc)
- Responsible to support on required testing activities (such as Data validation, SIT, UAT) to ensure the transformation capability/functionality is fit for purpose
- Document all bugs, issues and functional gaps of pilot product vs aspirational design
- Engage on parallel run of legacy solution and new capability/functionality, securing process continuity
- Deliver the formal signoff of solution compliance, to finish parallel run and/or exit hypercare phases
- Supports project team with CoE and sector transformation on functional support required to meet programme timing/scope
- Build & document internal knowledge base to support CCC training plans to target audience

**Create CCC Knowledge on system transformations and Support programme/project tesing & Rollout activities**
- Gather, document and create knowledge within CCC teams in regards to systems integration and regression testing activities
- Create CCC functional knowledge on how our core Supply Planning system is integrated from our ERP ecossytem
- Prepares reporting on progress, blockers, hotspots and escalations to SAP-BY Team, CCC & Sector SP team
- Supports creation of functional transition activity plans for CCC/Rco teams as cascaded impacts on the ERP change
- Proactively representes CCC SP team on project meetings, calls, steerco

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree (preferably in Operations/Supply Chain/Logistics / Engineering or related field)
- Fluent in English - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven experience and proficiency on:

- Supply Planning function (incl. inventory management, DRP, MRP)
- Well versed in supply planning tools - eg Manugistics / Prolink
- Knowledge on IBP process.
- Masters planning methodologies, optimization etc
- Experience in ERP (SAP) usage, nice to have
- Project management skills, experience with PMO tools & processes
- Ability to network, collaborate & interact with people spanning different geographies, functions and organizational level
- Strong analytic & diagnostic skills - Feel comfortable working with complex, fragmented data to drive insights
- Considerable experience in running business performance reporting/analysis: be able to connect the dots across the SC key metrics spectrum
- Excellent organization skills and autonomy, ability to deal with multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
- Well versed in modern reporting and analytics tools and technologies (constant upskilling mindset)
- Ability to think strategically and translate complex concepts into understandable and actionable items
- Good social, communication and influencing skills
- 1-3 years supply chain experience
