Our growing team of 50+ Engineers organized across 7 tribes, take pride in their craft, and we are always seeking to build a robust, scalable, resilient and clean product; we deeply believe one day of good design saves us months of bad implementation.

**What you’ll be doing**

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features

Exploring, communicating and implementing Android best practices within the organization to maximize development efficiency

Staying ahead of the game and up to date with the latest the field has to offer along contributing to your community & helping your peers

You may assist with technical consultancy during client meetings, helping translate business needs into technical solutions and fostering long-term partnerships.

Contribute to the growth of the Android tribe by mentoring junior engineers and participating in code reviews.

**Requirements**:
**What we need from you**

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Android engineer to join our team. You have an eye for detail and look forward to trying out the newest technologies out there. You love challenges and love solving tech mysteries. We are not looking for a coding machine but a team player who enjoys collaboration with other teams and contributing to their peers.
- 3+ years of experience in Android app development, with expertise in modern tools and frameworks, including Jetpack Compose, Kotlin, Coroutines, and Flow.
- Strong understanding of MVI and MVVM architectural patterns, with hands-on experience implementing clean, scalable, and maintainable codebases.
- Proficiency in working with REST APIs, consuming remote data, and handling JSON.
- Practical experience with Git and adherence to best practices for version control and team collaboration.
- Familiarity with third-party libraries and APIs to enhance app functionality.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and an eagerness to learn and adopt the latest industry trends.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts clearly.
- Interest in mentoring junior team members and contributing to team-wide knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Strong grasp of the English language, both written and spoken.

**Bonus Points For**:

- Experience with GraphQL APIs, KMM, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks, or open-source contributions.
- Familiarity with the Google Play Store submission process and app lifecycle management.
