In 2006, _VO**IS** started operating in Egypt and now has established global delivery centers in Alexandria and Cairo. With more than 7,500 employees, _VO**IS **Egypt supports global markets and group functions of Vodafone and delivers best-in-class customer experience through multi-functional services in the areas of Information Technology, Networks, Business Intelligence and Analytics, Digital Business Solutions (Robotics & AI), Commercial Operations (Consumer & Business), Intelligent Operations, Finance Operations, Supply Chain Operations and HR Operations.
**Role purpose**:
1. Youth Development (50%): Incumbent will own our global youth development end-to-end, from strategy to delivery of our development programme portfolio i.e. B-schools & Tech colleges internships, apprenticeships & full-time programmes.
2. Youth Engagement (40%): The incumbent will own the global youth engagement strategy. Will be responsible for organizing global Employer Branding & Talent Attraction youth engagement by building relations with target colleges and hosting leadership connect sessions by working closely with fellow Employer Branding, Talent Attraction & Youth COE team members, business leaders and stakeholders.
3. Youth Hiring (10%): The incumbent will closely work with the global recruitment teams and target colleges to hire the top talent for our flagship youth development programmes
**Key accountabilities and decision ownership**
1. Own the Global Youth Hiring, Engagement and Development Strategy for _VO**IS**.
2. Closely work with the Global Employer Branding & EVP lead to define & communicate the Global Youth EVP internally & externally.
3. Responsible for end to end hiring & management of global b-school & tech college youth development programmes i.e. Explore internship, Discover Graduates, GETs etc. Work closely with the HRBPs & business leaders to identify roles & projects for the youth talent.
4. Own our global youth engagement programmes. Work closely with the Employer Branding, Talent Attraction & Youth COE team members, colleges & other internal & external partners to plan and execute our business strategy competition - Vantage & Hackathon
5. Building strong relationships with our target b-schools & tech colleges. Organize leadership connect sessions & CSR engagements.
**Core competencies, knowledge, and experience**
Essential:
1. Deep understanding of Early Careers, Youth Engagement & Development, Youth Hiring, College Relationship, Employer Branding Strategy, Event Planning, Project Management and Talent Attraction Strategy.
**Experience**:
1. Extensive experience Early Careers, College Relationship Management, Youth Engagement, Youth Hiring and Programme Management.
2. Proven track record of being a go-getter, motivated and creative professional with demonstrated event, project, and budget management skills. Ability to multi-task and manage complex global projects.
3. Excellent stakeholder & partner management skills to create & sustain successful global collaborations.
**Must have technical / professional qualifications**:
**1. Previous Experience in HR
2. Previous experience in working with universities/educational institutes
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in Early Careers, Youth Engagement & Development, Youth Hiring, College Relationship, Employer Branding Strategy, Event planning, and Talent Attraction Strategy.
