Role purpose:
To ensure maximum utilization of VFE licenses and subsequent agreements to drive value for VFE through establishing preferential treatment within NTRA and all governmental authorities. Proactive influence and negotiations with other operators and authorities while promoting internal understanding and appreciation of regulatory environment.

Key accountabilities and decision ownership
- Make sure that VF is complaint with all governmental laws and regulations for all payment matters
- Provide VF with the new opportunities for the upcoming and new approvals that related to Digital payments
- Handle the relation between VF and National telecommunication regulatory authority, Central bank of Egypt, and Financial regulatory authority
- Responsible for securing all VF-Cash requests from governmental entities
- Lobby with all mobile payments eco system stakeholders in order to facilitate all VF’s mobile payments related topics
- Make sure all up and running marketing activities get renewed in the right time to avoid any service interruption
- Make sure the regular and irregular reports that get requested from both NTRA and CBE get provided within the agreed SLA
- Represent VF in all ministries that are working on all mega projects with VF mobile payments (ex: Social affairs)
- Review and approve all mobile payments advertising materials in order to make sure it complies with all law and regulations, and the approved proposition
- Study and understand all current mobile payments licenses and regulations in order to provide the needed advise and support

**Core competencies, knowledge and experience**:

- Education: BSc degree,
- Work experience:
1- Minimum of 2 years of telecom industry experience, Pricing knowledge is preferable.
- 2- Excellent Relationship/ account management capabilities.
- 3- Experience in dealing with Governmental entities.

Must have technical / professional qualifications:

2- Good knowledge of Telecom technologies
3- Ability to work/manage cross functional tasks and projects
4- Excellent communication and negotiations skills.
5- Ability to build long term relation
