**Job Description**:

- Managing the processing of payments to vendors and suppliers, including verifying invoices, obtaining necessary approvals, and scheduling payments.
- Managing relationships with vendors and suppliers, including resolving payment issues and negotiating payment terms.
- Following up with procurement department for Department Owner approvals and FP&A Approval.
- Validating all legal documents for all Vendors dealing with.
- Responsible for reconciling accounts ,banking and ensuring that all financial transactions are accurately recorded in the general ledger.
- Preparing all required tax documents and requested reporting for VAT and WHT.
- Monitoring tax liabilities and ensure tax liabilities are paid on time
- Responsible for preparing and completing the month-end close process, including ensuring all journal ledger are posted, and reconciliations are completed.
- Analyzing all accounts on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis to ensure payment accuracy.
- Keeping track of all company credit card spending, and make payments on credit accounts.
- Managing the company's cash position, ensuring that there is always enough cash on hand to meet the company's financial obligations. This involves monitoring cash balances, making cash transfers, and managing cash inflows and outflows.
- Forecasting the company's cash needs, considering upcoming expenses and revenue projections.
- Using financial modeling techniques to predict cash flow and identify potential shortfalls or surpluses.
- Preparing financial reports related to cash management, forecasting, risk management.
- Managing relationships with Bank Accounts mangers all related transactions.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
- 4+ years of experience in treasury and accounts payable management.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, as well as financial analysis and reporting.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and with complex financial data.
- Experience with accounting software and proficiency in Excel.
- Experience with QuickBooks or Microsoft Navision or Microsoft 365 Business is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
