**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers, to define, design, and deliver new features.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
- Lead architectural discussions, contributing to the overall technical strategy and design of the platform.
- Debug and optimize existing code, identifying and fixing performance bottlenecks.
- Implement and maintain RESTful APIs for seamless integration with front-end and third-party services.
- Ensure best practices in software development, including code reviews, testing, and continuous integration.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to their growth within the team.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and technologies, and suggest improvements to existing processes.

**Qualifications**:

- 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer, with strong knowledge of PHP and Laravel.
- Proficiency in ReactJS for front-end development, with a solid understanding of component-based architecture.
- Hands-on experience with database management (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and writing efficient queries.
- Strong understanding of version control systems like Git.
- Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Knowledge of modern development tools and workflows (e.g., Webpack, Docker, CI/CD pipelines).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and serverless architecture is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of working effectively in a team environment.
- A passion for continuous learning and staying up-to-date with the latest technology trends.
