**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and monitor quality assurance processes for all product lines.
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
- Lead internal and external audits; coordinate corrective and preventive action plans.
- Analyze production and quality data to identify trends, root causes, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to ensure product reliability and consistency.
- Oversee product testing, certifications, and quality documentation.
- Manage customer feedback and complaints to ensure timely resolution and satisfaction.
- Train and lead a team of quality inspectors and engineers.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in a quality role, with at least 3 years in a managerial position.
- Proven experience in the home appliances or electrical products industry.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, CE, RoHS, and other relevant standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing is a plus.
- Proficient in quality tools and software (e.g., SPC, FMEA, 8D reports).
