We are currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Duty Manager to join our team.

**Job Summary**:
As the Duty Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the resort and ensuring that our guests receive the highest level of service. You will lead a team of staff members, handle guest inquiries and complaints, and ensure that all departments are working together efficiently to provide a seamless experience for our guests.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and manage all departments within the resort, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food and Beverage, and Security.
- Train and develop staff members to ensure excellent customer service and adherence to company standards.
- Monitor and maintain the resort's facilities, ensuring they are in proper working condition and meet safety standards.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure the smooth operation of all departments by maintaining communication and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Assist in developing and implementing strategies to increase guest satisfaction and revenue.
- Prepare reports on resort operations, guest feedback, and revenue performance for management.
- Oversee the scheduling of staff members and ensure adequate coverage for all departments.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Knowledge of hotel operations and customer service principles.
- Fluent in English, knowledge of other languages is a plus.
- Flexibility to work on a rotating schedule, including weekends and holidays.
