Skills & Qualifications required to succeed as a Flairstech technical trainer
- Assess training needs and certification requirements for File Bound Partners and customers.
- Provide partner and end-user training online materials.
- Prepare and conduct new product training for internal staff.
- Create instructor materials (curriculum, course agendas and training aids).
- Review product documentation and demonstration material.
- Create and manage web-based training courses via an eLearning platform.
