**Your day to day**:
- Provides constant and accurate feedback to the Materials Manager and Department Heads with regard to market conditions such as product availability, lead times for delivery, seasonality and price trends. - Monitors vendor reliability and establishes contacts with prospective vendors - Updates price quotations continuously and secures delivery of all market list items - Obtains price quotations on all stock items at re-order point and on other materials as needed, selects the vendor, obtains the necessary approvals, documents and places the order. - Notifies the materials manager of market trends and price fluctuations greater than 10% or as authorized due to local conditions likely to effect the quantities or timing of anticipated purchases. - Performs other duties as assigned by the Materials Manager and outlined in the Materials Manager’s Manual - Update to the all quotations through the year. - Communicating with Sisters hotels for prices and vendors. - Getting the all quotations with full specifications for each items. - Handling the all purchasing allocated orders. - Decreasing the cash purchase. - Record saving as much you can for each item you are buying. - Thinking a head to make a great deal.
**What we need from you**:
- Bsc degree graduate - business administration preferred - Fluent English - Cairo / Giza residence - excellent communication skills - hospitality background is preferred
