As a Sr. Training consultant, you will be integral part of the sales team. You are a highly energetic person with strong passion for sales, go-getter attitude, closing numbers and over achieving. You love to pick-up the call and discuss client's training requirements and help them choose the right training.

**Kindly answer three pre-questions to be shortlisted. This is to understand your interest and knowledge on training industry.**

**English fluency is must.**
- This is a target driven role, you will be having weekly and monthly targets on sales conversion, lead generation, Walk-in, promotional activities.
- Responsible to attend all inbound leads receiving through all platforms, record them in CRM, follow-up on regular basis.
- Pro-actively generate new leads through outbound phone calls, networking, social media and referrals (50+ calls a day)
- Progress leads to face-to-face or virtual introduction, work with technical team to develop appropriate proposal and convert the lead to enrollment
- Promote complete course portfolio to targeted audience
- Forecast opportunities and manage the progress of these opportunities through CRM with accurate and relevant data input.
- Submit daily and weekly report on leads, activities and sales
- You have a friendly, sociable and adaptive nature to deal with clients of diverse background and expectations with ease and patience.

Pay: E£10,000.00 - E£16,000.00 per month
