About the Role:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage daily purchasing operations to ensure operational needs are met in a timely manner.
- Source new suppliers and build strong relationships with them.
- Negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best prices and commercial terms.
- Follow up on purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery and required quality.
- Evaluate supplier performance regularly to ensure compliance with required standards.
- Prepare periodic reports on procurement activities and supplier performance.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify material and service requirements.
- Monitor market trends and price fluctuations to maintain competitive advantage.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the food industry.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build effective supplier relationships.
- Solid knowledge of procurement processes and cost management.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in SAP procurement modules.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
