Plans/ Prepares / Reviews different types of test cases, test plans, test types.
- Attend design review meetings making sure of conformance of high-level and low-level designs with business requirements.
- Executes test cases and reports bugs on bug tracking system.
- Develops and tests test automation code using department-approved test automation framework(s) when needed.
- Communicate with the development team to clarify/illustrate/regenerate the bug scenario when needed.
- Writes / reviews end user guide documents.
- Participates in end-user training and UAT
- Prepares bugs status reports for different stakeholders.
- Accountable for the assurance of providing high-quality software products and services.
- Manage and Lead the testing team.

**Technical Skills**:

- 8 or more years of experience in delivering multiple testing services to complex projects.
- Proficient in testing and development methodologies and their interaction.
- General Project Management (developing).
- Customer/ Vendor Management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to work effectively in a global team.
- Proficient in understanding requirements, design specifications, and testing strategy to;
- Perform ambiguity analysis.
- Perform risk analysis.
- Establish testing priorities and scope.
- Develop a testing strategy.
- Validate requirements and specifications.
- Develop test plans.
- Develop test scenarios.
- Select test design techniques and develop a testing metrics collection plan to plan and prepare for testing.
- Proficient in testing analysis and design, functional and performance models, and test specifications to:

- Validate testing coverage.
- Escalate quality issues for resolution.
- Evaluate test automation tools and validate the testing environment to develop test specifications.
- Exceptional in testing processes and tools to;
- Execute test cases and scripts.
- Analyze test results.
- Report on testing progress and results.
- Facilitate defect resolution and document final test results to execute testing engagement.
- Generate test summary report.
- Provide testing project feedback and archive testing assets to verify completion of testing.

**Education**:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
