**Purpose of the job**

Managing and leading complex negotiations aiming at achieving best results from cost, quality and time perspectives and ensure integration & achievement of stakeholders multiple inputs. Responsible of leading the sourcing in a predefined sub domain and providing advices and recommendations regarding the local and International market trend and supplier portfolio.

**Duties and responsibilities**

1. Responsible for end to end procurement cycle of goods and services.

2. Integrate the needs of different departments through profound knowledge of different disciplines, such as Finance (taxes, payables/cash flow, Warehousing, Fixed assets), Legal, and Human Resources (Corporate services & Facilities).

3. Manage internal negotiations with above different needs about essentials and priorities using high problem solving skills.

4. Prepare complex tender documents, perform in depth evaluation and analysis of multiple disciplines, needs and related replies.

5. Consolidate complex feedback from different entities, finalize results and related contracts.

6. Recommend for award and presenting decisions to Orange and group top management in different arenas.

7. Reach the best costing model, its innovation and implementation, taking into consideration short/direct impact on the organization as well as long-term scenarios using different costing models as Total Cost of ownership.

8. Act as a project manager for any issued RFQ from start to end.

9. Reach and present the final results to top management and decision makers and influence end direction.

10. Work closely with vendors to comprehend new values and reduce business risks, creating different approaches for discount bundle agreements and trade options.

11. Responsible for management of supplier relationship on the operational level in terms of monitoring, controlling, taking needed disciplinary actions and presenting the progress to the top management; ensuring that the supplier performs according to Orange?s policies and current legislations and Laws.

12. Participate in group exercises prepared for different domains, through performing in depth analysis an performing direct negotiations with the suppliers.

13. Responsible for laying out the demand plan per supplier and following the execution and relevant actions to ensure the delivery of needed products.

14. Work on optimizing expends and accommodating them to budgets and existing constraints.

15. Keep track of latest progresses in costing, marketing as well as changes in taxes, commercial, import and export laws.

**Job specification**

Education
- Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.

Experience.
- Minimum 4 Years Experience In The Same Function.

- Very good English both spoken and written.
- Very good computer skills.
- Strong Customer Orientation.
- Strong communication, listening & interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility & ability to work in a team.
- Self-confident with professional behavior & attitude.
- High sense of time management.
