Envision Employment Solutions is currently looking for a Salesforce Senior Manager for one of our partners, a global leader in consulting, digital transformation, technology, and engineering services.
This position requires flexibility to work on US times and flexibility to travel abroad when needed.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the overall strategy, implementation, and optimization of Salesforce across business units.
- Manage a team of Salesforce professionals (admins, developers, analysts) to deliver high-quality CRM solutions.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and IT to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Oversee system architecture, data integrity, integrations, and security within Salesforce.
- Drive the roadmap for Salesforce enhancements and major initiatives, including Lightning transitions, CPQ, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and third-party app integrations.
- Ensure Salesforce platform scalability, reliability, and compliance with governance standards.
- Monitor KPIs, generate insights from CRM data, and advise leadership on performance improvements.
- Champion best practices, user adoption, training, and documentation.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience with Salesforce platform administration and development.
- 3+ years in a leadership or management role overseeing CRM teams.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales/Service Cloud Consultant).
- Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, tools, and third-party apps.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations (e.g., middleware, APIs).
- Strong business acumen and communication skills.
