We are looking for a UX Designer to be part of our Fintech squad who will play a pivotal role in building Egypt's leading consumer finance product. As a UI Designer, you will be crafting the visual elements of our digital products and create visually stunning and intuitive interfaces. You will work closely with product and engineering peers to create outstanding experiences for our customers. Join us at the forefront of digital retail in Egypt and help shape the future of our industry, one breakthrough at a time. **Responsibilities** - Collaborate with product and engineering teams to understand the user needs and business goals, and translate them into intuitive and elegant design solutions - Create and iterate on user-centric wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that bring new product features and functionalities to life - Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and feedback, and iterate on designs to optimize the user experience - Build and maintain a design system that scales across multiple products and platforms, and ensure its adoption by the wider team - Anticipate potential design problems and proactively propose solutions that balance user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility - Keep up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques, and share your expertise with the wider team to foster a culture of creativity and innovation - Lead by example and actively promote a safe, collaborative, diverse, and agile company culture, inspiring others to embrace our values **Requirements**: - Extensive UI design experience for web and mobile products with proficiency with relevant design tools such as Figma - Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices with the ability to translate user needs and business goals into intuitive and visually compelling interfaces - Excellent visual design skills including typography, composition, and color theory with a portfolio showcasing your UI design work - Strong attention to detail and ability to create pixel-perfect designs that meet design guidelines and specifications - Familiarity with accessibility standards and best practices - Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively present designs and work with stakeholders and team members - Strong collaboration skills with an agile mindset, excited to work with a range of stakeholders from business and technology - Willingness to continuously learn and improve skills and stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends **Benefits** Office environment: When you come to our b_labs office, you'll find creative workspaces, a well-equipped kitchen, and an open design to foster collaboration between teams.
