**Job Purpose**:
Responsible for monitoring the cash flow movements of the company on a daily basis
- Coordinate all banking and operating systemsFacilitate the money transmission systems

**Job Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Entry of all cash movements
- Maintain financial records
- Ensure the efficient management of the company’s bank accounts
- Maintain and managing all financial records, logs, spreadsheets, and registers Ensure the company’s banking operations; seeing to it that all funds are appropriately banked
- Responsible for interest and debt analysis
- Maintain a good relationship with banks
- Any other tasks as required by the job requirements

**Job Skills and Abilities**:

- Good communication skills
- Organizational skills/multi-tasking ability
- Computer Skills
- Ability to undertake multiple tasks at the same time without losing focus
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Must be proactive with the ability to meet and surpass project deadlines

**Qualifications**:
BSc
- in Accounting or Finance
- 0-5 years of experience
- One year of experience in cash management will be an added advantage
