Integration Support Specialist

**Role profile**
Working as 2nd line support (SRE Model) in order to maintain the Integration system technical knowledge and develop Integration system technical skills
Manage and plan complicated Integration downtimes with minimum business impact, proper team’s schedule and coordination with other teams.
Vendor management and follow up vendor escalated issues and planning for systems upgrades.
Minimize the Integration global issues (P4 and P3). No Integration global (P1 & P2) due to missing monitoring or operational issues.
Quality assurance of Integration support deliveries and security/fraud threads.

**Core competencies, knowledge and experience**
Advanced trouble shooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a team and under stress, Should be able to work in 24 X 7 environments.
DevOps tools, automation, Monitoring and Regression Testing
Excellent time management with strong sense of urgency.
ITIL Foundation
Work and Interact with a diversified team to meet business challenges.
Effective Communication with different stakeholders.
Self-motivated.
Results driven and solutions focused.

**Must have technical / professional qualifications**:
Computer Science/Engineering graduate or equivalent related degree.
3+ years of working experience in supporting, troubleshooting and administrating the following technologies: TIBCO middleware, Oracle database, Unix/Linux, cloud platforms
Familiar with Devops Tools “Jenkins /Ansible ”
Good knowledge with cloud technologies and containers.
CI/CD knowledge
Nice to have knowledge with TIBCO business works or any integration frameworks (Mulesoft, Webmethods, Oracle fusion, etc.).
