**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers and journals.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and reports.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments.
- Perform regular account reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial data.
- Support the month-end close process and assist with audits as needed.
- Adhere to company policies and accounting procedures to ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and implement improvements in accounting processes.
- Stay updated on relevant accounting regulations and best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Odoo & Taxing experience is a must.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
