**Summary of the job**:
The main task of a Product Specialist in Janssen is to represent Janssen in front of Health care professionals making sure

Janssen products are used based on their own merit, and according to their clinical indications, while respecting all J&J Credo obligations. PS promotes registered Janssen products within registered indications to increase Janssen products access in collaboration with other functions. This takes place through detailing Janssen products value to serve more

eligible patients.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Organizing all the Local & International congresses for all Business Units in accordance with the Health Care Compliance guidelines, acting as the Business Compliance Reviewer role for the HCC life on-line system.
- Handling Local Workshops /Seminars inside and outside the Hospitals and Any advertising and promotional Booth Sponsorships in alignment with the HCC guidelines and procedures.
- Sponsoring attendee’s logistics for the fee for service across all business units on HCC
- Handling the Educational grant agreements
- Assists with the Transfer of products from the Distribution Center (warehouse) to sales Force. In alignment with our Samples SOP
- Acts as a Preparer on ARIBA Financing System and responsible for raising all HCC related events A&P (Group meetings inside and outside a Hospital & Booth Sponsorships), Sponsorship of attendance to congresses, Gift, educational grant, Fee for Service) aligned to all ARIBA, Finance, HCC regulations and rules
- Ensure compliance to all S&OP, HCC and Mecomed requirements.
- Tracking the marketing events expenditure
- Monitoring and tracking of promotional samples and ensure compliant tracking of their deployment.
- Drive the values of the organization through every interaction, activity and communication.
- Addition of new suppliers to IT systems.

**Qualifications**

**Experience Required**:

- Education: BA or BS required.
- Years of Experience: Generally requires (4 to 6) years related experience
- Language: English
- Location: Egypt/Cairo

**Technical/Functional Skills Required**:

- Extremely good grasp of English-language.
- Advanced user of Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, Word
- Analytical skills. Experience using spreadsheets
- Attention to detail
- Strategic and Project planning skills
- Communication and Presentation skills
