Back Office Assistant

This position plays a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional patient satisfaction and maintaining the organization's positive online reputation. Also responsible for striving to resolve issues to the satisfaction of all parties involved. Additionally, the Back office monitors and manages patient feedback across various online platforms such as Google and TrustPilot, proactively addressing any concerns and promoting positive experiences.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Receiving patient cases via Zoho
- Creating a medical diagnosis for the patient based on the doctor's report
- Uploading reports to Zoho
- Correcting incorrect patient cases
- Closing patient cases at the end of the workday
**In Details**:
- All details on Zoho must match those in the report, including (currency, language, Implant brand, etc.).
- As for the prices, they are set by our department and are fixed on Bright Plans; they do not change.
**Qualifications**:
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, teamwork, and collaboration abilities.
- Proficiency in English (required), French, and Russian.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrated digital communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, and Microsoft Office.
- A diploma educational certificate is required.
Pay: E£6.00 - E£8.00 per month
