Take direction from team Creative Director and Leadership, while exhibiting ownership and backbone to bring design excellence to the department
- Creating detailed brand manuals that set the brand tonality, logo use cases, and fledging the brand identity across all touch points needed.
- Manage design projects, take ownership of the process and results, and ensure the high-quality, timely and successful completion of design deliverables.
- Concept and storyboard videos with the team and manage art direction with the production team.
- Art direct and execute the design of existing brands across multiple form factors
- Ideate and collaborate with design teams including web, video, and event production. Share enthusiasm and foster teamwork.
- Art direct development of new event brands
- Manage a wide array of concurrent design projects
- Communicate as needed with stakeholders and vendors/ Suppliers in a wide array of geos to fully grasp design needs and deliverables
- Provide feedback to improve other designers' work and help develop talent on the team.
- Extend brand looks through our channels: video, digital storytelling site, environmental design, collateral, and social.
- Demonstrate exceptional communications skills: from collaboration and brainstorming to presentations and strategy.
- Evolve and execute art direction on photo and video shoots with the creative team.
- Create motion graphics for social and screen presentations, in keynote and PowerPoint.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Proven ability to conceive and create design solutions that fulfill strategic business objectives.
- Ability to clearly communicate creative ideas and strategies to all project stakeholders.
- Proven ability to proactively manage the success of production scope and schedules.
- Strong typography skills.
- Strong ability to provide art direction for videos and multi-media purposes.
- Video, illustration and animation skills.
- Must have advanced knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop & After Effects
- Must be proficient in Keynote, PowerPoint and Google Drive.
- Knowledge of event and video production.
- Knowledge of post-production.
