Senior SW Engineer C++/Qt/Linux

**Description**
The range of devices includes:

- HMIs: 4”/7”/10” touch screen with communication peripherals
- ECUs: programmable and scalable controllers
- Connectivity: devices for wired and wireless remote connections

The resourse will be included in the R&D team and involved in this innovation process.

The resourse will give her/his contribute with enthusiasm and competence, will coach junior developers, will propose innovative solutions and new technologies, will collaborate with customer to reach common goals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Partecipate to the entire lifecycle of projects development
- Define software architectures and clarify requirements in cooperation with the customer and the team
- Develop and integrate new features in C/C++/QML on Linux-based embedded devices
- Perform code analysis, refactoring and optimize code using common design and the advantages of object oriented programming

Technical Skills
- Academic degree in computer science, telecommunication/electronic engineering or similar qualification
- Strong C/C++ background, as well as an understanding of object-oriented programming and design
- Good knowledge of Qt Widget and Qt Quick frameworks
- Knowledge of concurrency and parallel programming
- Experience in at least one Scripting language (Python, bash)
- Knowledge of Linux OS and related environments (YOCTO)
- Knowledge of IoT and industrial communications protocols (MQTT, WebSocket, REST, EthernetIP, CAN) and network architectures
- Good understanding of the software development lifecycle, including testing, code coverage, and code quality

- Open to learn new tech and adjust to new ways of working
- Ability to take ownership of the tasks assigned and deliver the same on time.
