- ** Vendor Management**: Collaborate with vendors to ensure the delivery of high-quality services and products related to Microsoft platforms, other operating systems and Databases Management.

**Requirements**:

- BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or business administration.
- Fluent in English and Arabic (written and oral).
- Strong team-building & management skills Strong communication skills, Strong planning and strategic thinking.
- ** Experience**: +7 of experience in managing Microsoft Platforms, Linux systems and databases, with a proven track record of optimizing performance.
- ** Business continuity**: familiar with DR technology and methodologies, BCM terminologies RPO and RTO...etc.
- ** Incident Response**: Proven ability to develop and maintain incident response plans for incidents.
- ** Capacity Planning**: Experience in conducting capacity planning for resources to meet current and future demands.
