Advertising Agency Account Manager

Are you a dynamic professional with a passion for driving business growth in the realms of events, advertising, media & PR? Join our team as an **Advertising Agency Account Manager** and play a pivotal role in fostering strategic relationships while spearheading innovative campaigns As an Advertising Agency Account Manager, you will be the driving force behind our client relationships and business expansion initiatives. Your expertise in event management, advertising strategies, media dynamics and PR techniques will be instrumental in delivering high-impact campaigns and ensuring client satisfaction. The role is a fast-paced and challenging, with room for growth and progression. You will be required to work closely with the creative directors and traffic managers assisting with the day-to-day management of client request.
**Responsibilities**:
- Cultivate and nurture key client relationships, understanding their needs and aligning our services to exceed expectations.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ideate and implement innovative event, advertising, media and PR campaigns.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities and market changes to capitalize on emerging opportunities.
- Prepare regular reports and presentation outlining accounts progress, challenges and growth opportunities.
- Manage projects within client relationship, working to carry out client goals while meeting company goals from brief to delivery
- Make sure client receive requested products and services on time.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery if of our solutions according to client needs and objectives
- You can communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly client and internal initiatives and forecast and track key account metrics, providing suggestions for areas of improvement
- You will prepare follow-up event recaps after each client event. Identify and grow opportunities with client - both for current projects and potential new campaignsCoordinate event logistics with a high-level of attention to detail to provide to the client and also to the field marketing team
- Maintain and manage with care client budgets and actively participate in team meetings - including regular staff meetings, briefing, plus brainstorming, project development and review sessions.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s Degree Graduate
- Proven experience 3-years in Account Management within event, advertising, media or PR industries
- Strong understanding of industry trends, market dynamics, and client needs
- Exceptional communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively in fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in relevant software
