Participates in vendor assessment and selection.
- Participates with the presales team in the proposed solution design in the bidding phase.
- Prepares the “**team**” Scope of Work (SoW) proposal write-up for bidding in software projects.
- Prepares “**team**” professional services sizing, assumptions, and prerequisites for bidding in software projects.
- Participates in customer demonstrations and presentations to discuss and convince the customer of our software solutions.
- Attend requirement gathering workshops and prepare business requirements documents.
- Prepares strategy documents of the project (i.e., configuration management strategy, migration strategy document, go-live strategy, etc.)
- Participates in and reviews the testing strategy document.
- Prepares high-level design documents, including end-to-end solution architecture and integration scenarios, with the help of the technical architects.
- Review/audit development team and subcontractor technical documentation and make sure of alignment with project scope and architecture guidelines.
- Audit the quality of the output artifacts (source code, scripts, configuration files, etc.) by reviewing randomly selected parts.
- Resolving the technical conflicts between different team members during the construction phase by clarifying the scope and architecture and making decisions.
- Accountable for technical acceptance of the solution by the customer.
- Participates in the training activities for the customer.
- Participates in initiatives R & D.
- Coaches project construction teams in learning and practicing new technologies.

**Personal Skills**:

- Preferred to be TOGAF certified
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

**Technical Skills**:
Software Architecture & Design Patterns
Understanding of monolithic, microservices, SOA, event-driven, and serverless architectures.
Familiarity with architectural patterns like CQRS, MVC, layered architecture, etc.
Cloud Platforms
Hands-on with at least one major cloud (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Knowledge of cloud-native services, cloud deployment models, cost optimization, and security.
Infrastructure & Networking
Understanding of network design (VPCs, subnets, firewalls, DNS).
Familiarity with load balancing, CDN, VPN, hybrid/on-prem integrations.
DevOps & CI/CD
Experience with tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Terraform, or CloudFormation.
Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
Programming & Scripting— Solid background in at least one language (Java, C#, Python, JavaScript, Go).
Ability to read, review, and guide code, even if not coding daily.
Databases
Deep understanding of relational (SQL) and non-relational (NoSQL) databases.
Familiarity with data modeling, indexing, sharding, and replication.
Integration & APIs
Strong grasp of REST, SOAP, GraphQL, message queues (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ), and event buses.
Experience designing and governing enterprise integrations.
