We work with internal clients i.e. Sales and Product Team to define our IT needs, and show them how to get there. **The Commitment**
- Develops, tests, and deploys customizations, custom objects, and new functionality based on evolving business needs
- Enhances existing functionality and improves processes within NetSuite and refers these to Product Management Team and Sales
- Customizes NetSuite fields, page layouts, record types, reports, and dashboards
- Maintains users, roles, security, profiles, workflow rules
- Repairs and recovers from hardware or software failures
- Coordinates and communicates with impacted user groups
- Configures NetSuite to align to company use of forms, field, and customer records to manage unique business process requirements
- Ensures business and functional requirements are properly configured in NetSuite
- Works with business groups to design changes to existing systems and integrates new systems into infrastructure if needed
- Works alongside the management team to implement process improvements with systematic solutions
- Comprehends, articulates, and documents needed customization, reports, and capabilities

**The Essentials**
- Computer Science, Business Degree or any related Bachelor’s Degree
- 5 years hands on experience with NetSuite customizations and data migration
- Experience overseeing NetSuite integration, implementation, and testing
- Can provide on-going systems and technical support for the NetSuite system
- Strong understanding of billing, payments, A/R, general ledger, revenue recognition, planning, audit, and reporting
- Can exercise strong problem-solving skills, and analytical thinking
- Can confidently provide support and user training across departments
- Communicate issues, enhancements, and ROI with the Business and senior leadership
