**Learning Consultant**

GP Strategies are now looking for a Learning Consultant to work in partnership with our client to understand their learning needs, and to plan and deliver learning solutions to meet the business objectives.

Office based at one of the two locations
- Head Office: 75 Southerly 90 Road, New Cairo, Egypt
- Training Center: 22 El-khalifa El-maamoun Street, Heliopolis, Cairo, Egypt

**About the role**

You’ll support consultation with the client to understand and address the business’ learning needs, and partner with the project office to ensure that proposed learning interventions are relevant, aligned to business goals and delivered to a high quality in a cost efficient way.
- Support the conduct of learning needs analysis using established processes, tools and templates.
- Contribute to elaboration of Annual Learning Plan.
- Facilitate and provide ongoing feedback on implementation of Annual Learning Plan.
- Collect and communicate business specific info and data on business knowledge and country, Lines of business, function needs.
- Leverage enterprise content, promote enterprise learning initiatives, resources and best practices and support localization to country/ business/function.
- Promote and contribute to embedding learning culture in collaboration with country HR & Talent function and all relevant stakeholders.
- Report out on the learning progress with client(s) to Regional Learning partner based on business and learning specific data.

**What we need**

An experienced Learning professional with broad knowledge of learning interventions and proven experience in the field.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong, professional relationships.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Experience of conducting training needs analysis.
- Knowledge of sales processes and experience of development/delivery of sales related learning.
