**The Role**:
We’re seeking a Full-Stack Developer to enhance our frontend and build our next-generation backend. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless user experiences, robust APIs, and real-time features. If you thrive in dynamic environments and love solving complex problems with clean code, this role is for you.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Frontend Development**:

- Build responsive, performant UIs with **React, TypeScript, and Vite**.
- Implement drag-and-drop functionality using **DND Kit** and design systems with **Tailwind CSS**.
- Manage client-side routing and state with **React Router**.
- **Backend Development**:

- Architect scalable RESTful APIs using **Node.js, Express, and TypeScript**.
- Design and optimize **PostgreSQL** databases with **Prisma ORM**.
- Integrate **Socket.io** for real-time collaboration features.
- Implement secure authentication via **Auth0/Keycloak**

**Collaboration**:

- Partner with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Write clean, maintainable code with tests and documentation.
- Troubleshoot issues and optimize performance across the stack.

**Qualifications**:

- **Frontend Skills**:

- 3+ years with **React + TypeScript** and modern tools like **Vite**.
- Experience with **Tailwind CSS**, **React Router**, and complex state management.
- Bonus: Familiarity with **DND Kit** or similar drag-and-drop libraries.
- **Backend Skills**:

- 3+ years building APIs with **Node.js + Express** (TypeScript preferred).
- Proficiency in **PostgreSQL** and ORMs like **Prisma**.
- Experience with real-time systems (**Socket.io**), authentication (**Auth0/Keycloak**), and cloud storage (**AWS S3/Azure Blob**).
- Knowledge of **Redis** for caching and pub/sub systems.
- **General**:

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Excellent communication skills (English proficiency required).

**Bonus Points For**:

- DevOps experience (Docker, CI/CD, cloud deployment).
- Testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress).
- Performance optimization and monitoring tools.
