**Content Creator & Social Media Specialist - Job Description Overview**

The **Content Creator & Social Media Specialist** plays a key role in developing and executing high-impact content strategies across digital platforms. This position requires creativity, strategic thinking, and proficiency in social media management to enhance brand visibility, audience engagement, and marketing effectiveness.

**Key Responsibilities Content Creation**:

- Develop and manage **creative social media content** and **advertising campaigns** in both **English and Arabic** to engage target audiences.
- Create compelling copy, visuals, and multimedia assets tailored to various platforms.
- Ensure content aligns with brand voice and marketing objectives.

**Social Media Management**:

- Establish and manage the company’s presence across key social media platforms (**Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn**) and relevant advertising channels.
- Plan, manage, and **execute editorial content calendars** for consistent online engagement.
- Monitor and evaluate **paid and organic social media campaigns** to optimize performance.
- Develop innovative campaign ideas that drive audience interaction and brand growth.

**Analytics & Optimization**:

- Track progress using analytical tools to measure engagement, reach, and conversion rates.
- Prepare **daily and weekly performance reports** for management, providing insights for strategic improvements.
- Set **specific objectives** for social media initiatives and report on **ROI**.
- Conduct competitor analysis to refine social media strategies and stay ahead of industry trends.

**Collaboration & Innovation**:

- Work closely with marketing and creative teams to align messaging and branding across digital channels.
- Continually test, evaluate, and enhance social media and content strategies.
- Propose and implement **new ideas for social media content**, trends, and engagement tactics.

**Job Requirements**
- Strong understanding of **Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn**, and emerging digital platforms.
- **Excellent written and verbal communication skills** in English and Arabic.
- Proven experience in **social media strategy, content creation, and digital marketing**.
- Ability to **analyze data**, optimize campaigns, and enhance social media performance.
- Exceptional **customer engagement and communication skills**.
- Strong **research, organizational, and strategic planning abilities**.
