We are looking for an experienced Financial Controller to oversee all financial aspects of business and drive the company’s financial strategy and planning.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee data entry team to close books in a timely manner (5 days target)
- Improve and updating financial projections to achieve net profit and cash balance projection accuracy of 95%+
- Develop budgets that meet the requirements of company departments.
- Reduce collection period and manage AP and AR processes
- Supervise all audit and internal control processes.
- Prepare detailed reports on the company’s financial performance.
- Operate with compliance with financial laws and guidelines in mind.
- Coordinate with external financial entities on behalf of the company.
- Manage AP payments with cash flow analysis
- Establish controls to ensure high accuracy and risk reduction.
- Offer advice to the executive team regarding spending and budget questions
- Oversee in the finance department, including giving directions and delivering periodical evaluations

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or relevant field.
- A minimum of 4 years experience in financial management.
- In-depth knowledge of accounting software, corporate principals, and financial analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- An analytical mind with good organizational skills.
- Outstanding leadership skills.
- Strong creative skills to develop new and innovative solutions
- Ability to create and deliver unbiased budget expectations for different departments
- CPA or CFA certification (or currently being obtained)
