On-Hire is looking for an IT Manager to lead our technology initiatives and support our operational goals. In this dynamic role, you will oversee the IT department, ensuring efficient operation and implementing technology solutions that drive the business forward. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify their IT needs and align technology strategies with our overall business objectives.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage daily IT operations and support the IT team to enhance their skills and productivity.
- Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures to ensure reliability and security.
- Coordinate IT projects from conception through implementation, ensuring they meet business specifications.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshooting issues to minimize downtime.
- Oversee the security of data and IT infrastructure to protect against internal and external threats.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies to drive innovation and efficiency.

**Requirements**:
