Job Title: Senior Marketing Specialist (Renewable Energy Focus)

**Location**: New Cairo, Egypt
**Salary Range**: Competitive, based on experience + performance bonuses
**Reporting To**: Marketing Director / Head of Growth

**Job Summary**:
The Senior Marketing Specialist will spearhead **Solarsol Egypt’s** rebranding and marketing initiatives, driving demand for solar solutions through innovative campaigns, strategic events, and digital growth. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical rigor, and industry expertise to position the company as a leader in Egypt’s renewable energy sector.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Brand Strategy & Rebranding**:

- Lead the **Solarsol rebranding** initiative, ensuring alignment with company vision and market positioning.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines, messaging, and visual identity across all touchpoints.

**2. Campaign Management**:

- Design and execute **integrated marketing campaigns** (digital/offline) to generate leads and support sales.
- Manage **social media** (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram), **SEO**, and **content marketing** (blogs, whitepapers, case studies).

**3. Event & Exhibition Strategy**:

- Identify and prioritize **high-impact industry events** in MEA (e.g., Solar Africa, Egypt Energy Expo).
- Plan and execute exhibitions, webinars, and promotional activities to maximize brand visibility.

**4. Market Intelligence**:

- Conduct **market research** and **competitor analysis** to identify trends and opportunities.
- Track and report on KPIs (ROI, engagement, conversions) using **Google Analytics** and CRM tools.

**5. Sales Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the sales team to develop **lead-generation tools** (brochures, presentations, demos).
- Optimize marketing funnels to improve conversion rates.

**Qualifications & Skills**:
**Essential**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Marketing, Business, Communications, or Renewable Energy**.
- **5+ years** of marketing experience, with **2+ years in renewable energy** (solar preferred).
- Expertise in:

- **Digital marketing** (SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn).
- **Content creation** (copywriting, visual storytelling).
- **Analytics tools** (Google Analytics, HubSpot, CRM systems).
- Proven success in **event planning** and **brand development**.

**Preferred**:

- Master’s degree or certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot).
- Experience with **B2B marketing** in energy/industrial sectors.
- Arabic fluency (written/spoken).

Pay: E£10,000.00 - E£12,000.00 per month
