Key Responsibilities**:

- Quality Class Delivery**:Conduct classes with the highest quality, focusing on engaging students and fostering a supportive learning environment. All teaching materials will be provided, allowing you to concentrate on delivering excellent instruction and keeping up with the students' progress.
**- Daily Assessment Tasks**: Perform daily assessment tasks to track student progress. This includes analyzing students' language use in homework, placement tests, and exams, ensuring that their learning is accurately assessed and providing them with timely feedback.
**- Student Support**:Provide academic support and guidance to students as they navigate their language learning journey. Offer individualized assistance, tutoring, and additional resources to help students overcome challenges and achieve their language learning goals.
**- Professional Development**: Stay updated on current trends and best practices in English language teaching through ongoing professional development. Attend workshops, conferences, and training sessions to enhance skills and contribute to personal growth as an educator.

- Teaching Performance**: Regular evaluations of teaching performance based on classroom observations and student feedback.
