**Requirements and responsibilities**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute **SEO strategies** that align with company goals and KPIs.
- Perform **keyword research** to identify content opportunities and gaps.
- Optimize website content, landing pages, and blog posts for target keywords.
- Conduct **on-page SEO** improvements: metadata, headings, internal linking, image optimization.
- Manage **off-page SEO** including backlink outreach, guest posting, and partnership strategies.
- Perform **technical SEO audits** and work with developers to fix site speed, mobile usability, and indexing issues.
- Monitor **Google Search Console** and analytics tools for performance, errors, and opportunities.
- Track, report, and analyze SEO performance metrics and make recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with **search engine algorithm updates** and SEO trends.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role (min. 2-3 years).
- Strong understanding of **search engine algorithms** and ranking factors.
- Proficiency with SEO tools**:Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.**:

- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic web development principles.
- Experience with **WordPress** or other CMS platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills for cross-team collaboration.

**Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)**
- Experience in **content strategy** and copywriting.
- Knowledge of **local SEO** and Google Business Profile optimization.
- Familiarity with schema markup and structured data.
- Basic understanding of PPC and digital marketing.
