Cairo, Egypt Medical Departures Inc. Full time

**Title**: Sales - Medical

**Type**: Full-time Contractor (Remote)

**Location**: Work from home

**Salary**: $800 a month + uncapped 5% commission

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Convert inbound leads into bookings through timely and engaging communication
- Coordinate appointments between patients and clinics in English
- Suggest suitable treatments and promotional offers
- Use CRM tools (Zoho) to log, track, and follow up with leads
- Maintain strong communication with internal teams and clinics
- Ensure high attendance rates by following up with patients
- Respond quickly and professionally to inquiries or issues
- Attend scheduled team meetings and coaching sessions
- Support the company’s mission to build the world’s largest medical marketplace
- 1-3 years of sales or customer service experience (not necessarily in the medical field)

**Experience & Skills**:

- 1-3 years of sales or customer service experience (not necessarily in the medical field)
- At least 1 year of cold calling/outbound sales experience
- Strong communication skills in English (verbal & written)
- Comfortable handling high volumes of calls, chats, and messages
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently from a home office

**Nice-to-Have** (Not required):

- Familiarity with CRM tools like Zoho (training provided if needed)
- Some knowledge of medical terminology

**Technical Requirements**:

- Stable high-speed internet
- Computer and smartphone with audio/video capability

Pay: E£40,000.00 - E£40,700.00 per month
