specifics, if applicable]. We are seeking an experienced IT Manager/Scrum Master to lead our IT

team in Egypt, ensuring the smooth coordination and fulfillment of IT requirements in alignment

with MTM Group’s objectives.

Position Summary:
The IT Manager/Scrum Master will be responsible for managing the IT team based in Egypt,

overseeing project deliverables, and ensuring seamless communication and coordination with the

MTM Group IT Manager in Qatar. This role involves both managerial and agile project

management duties, focusing on aligning team efforts with MTM Group's IT needs and

standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Team Management: Lead and mentor the IT team in Egypt, ensuring high levels of

motivation, performance, and productivity.
- Project Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between the Egypt-based IT team and

the MTM Group IT Manager in Qatar to align project goals, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Scrum Master Duties: Facilitate agile practices, including sprint planning, stand-ups,

retrospectives, and ensuring the team adheres to agile methodologies.
- Engagement: Communicate effectively with the IT manager in Qatar to understand IT

needs, scope out project requirements, and provide regular progress updates.
- Process Optimization: Evaluate and improve IT processes and workflows, ensuring

efficient service delivery and alignment with MTM Group standards.
- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and issues, working proactively to

resolve them while keeping the Management informed.
- Resource Allocation: Ensure optimal resource utilization across projects, balancing

priorities and ensuring projects remain on schedule.
- Technical Oversight: Provide guidance on technical best practices, ensure IT standards

are met, and support team members in problem-solving.
- Training & Development: Foster a continuous learning environment, providing team

members with training opportunities to improve skills and performance.

**Requirements**:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a

related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in IT management and agile project management,

preferably in a multinational or regional role.
- Certifications: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and/or Project Management Professional

(PMP) is a plus.
- Skills:

- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in agile methodologies, especially Scrum.
- Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, systems, and best practices.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with global teams.
