**Job Summary**:
As a People Ops Senior Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring employees records are complying with labor and insurance laws as well as MaxAB internal policy.
**Responsibilities**:
- Maintain a variety of employment files and records
- Maintain and update employee records consisting of benefit records, employment history records and existing employment status
- Processes new employees, employee terminations, leaves of absence, and other personnel actions, using appropriate forms
- Filing form 1, 2 and 6
- Maintains confidential examination and applicant files
- Explains department personnel policies and benefits to new employees
- Assists in statement of employment or notice of appointment contracts
- Act as mentor for the department new hires when needed
**Requirements**:
- **Must Have**:

- Bachelor's degree in any field (law and human resources are a plus)
- 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in personnel
- Excellent knowledge of labor law
- Very good command of the English language
