The Branch Operations Director for a leading Fintech company is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing and optimizing the operational efficiency of their branches. You will drive operational excellence by ensuring compliance with industry regulations, managing branch resources, and enhancing the overall customer experience.
- Manage daily operations of the branch to ensure efficiency and compliance.
- Implement operational policies and procedures to improve service delivery.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop strategies for improvement.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team focused on customer service and operational excellence.
- Ensure the branch is compliant with federal and state regulations.
- Work closely with other departments to streamline processes and enhance service offerings.
- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and reports related to branch operations.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in operations management within financial services or banking.
- Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory compliance standards in the financial services industry.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
