- To analyze every day financial activities and subsequently provide advice and guidance to upper management on future financial plans. The goal is to enable the company’s leaders to make sound business decisions and meet the company’s objectives.
- Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the Company such as invoicing, billing, daily cash balances and other transactions.
- Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
- Validating results and investigates variances by reviewing financial data and prepare monthly reports.
- Handling Cash management and reviewing banks reconciliation.
- Maintain a strong cash management and sustainability of income (AR - doubtful debts strategy).
- Track the Company's financial status and control process to identify areas for potential improvements.
- Controlling loan obligations and ensure sustaining a strong financial structure.
- Manage Asset register and depreciation.
- Manage month-end, prepare financial statement and fiscal close processes and work in harmony with auditors.
- Review and manage tax filings.
- Results oriented by focusing on the profitability, cash management and shareholders wealth.
- Align all business together pricing, costing of product and how can we enhance cost, monitor overhead and ROI of company's assets.
- Improving financial decision by analyzing results of monthly and year to date financial statement report to all stakeholders; Monitoring variances, identifying trends, and recommending actions.
- Developing business plan based on valid assumptions and industry benchmarks and market trends; Provide insightful information and expectations to board member and seek out methods for minimizing financial risk to the Company.
- Validating budget and communicating with departments, tracking profit/ loss performance.
- Establish Company’s accounting policies and procedures, Enforcing internal control and compliance to financial regulations.
- Excellent time-management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities while meeting deadlines.
- Coaching and empowering the team to improve their tasks and skills and providing them with the necessary training tools.

**Requirements**:

- +10 years of working experience in same field
- Minimum BS degree in Accounting or Finance
- Preferred to be certified in Finance CMA, CPA or CFA
