Our client, a leading multinational company in the packaging industry, is currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Account Payable Senior Specialist - French Speaker to join their Shared Services team. As an Account Payable Senior Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the accounts payable process, ensuring accurate and timely payment to vendors, and maintaining compliance with financial policies and procedures.

**Responsibilities**:

- Review and process invoices, matching them against purchase orders and verifying accuracy
- Ensure accurate and timely payment processing to vendors
- Handle vendor inquiries and resolve any payment-related issues
- Maintain accurate records of vendor transactions and reconcile vendor statements
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives

**Requirements**:

- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken
- Prior experience in accounts payable or finance role, preferably in a shared services environment
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and processes
- Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills

**Requirements**:

- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken
- Prior 6+ Years experience in accounts payable or finance role, preferably in a shared services environment
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and processes
- Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
