**Job Role & Responsibilities**:
Inbound Calls:
Customer Assistance:

- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide detailed information about our fitness programs, classes, and membership options.
- Ensure a positive customer experience by addressing questions, concerns, and issues with professionalism and empathy.

Information Management:

- Utilize our customer service software to maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.
- Stay informed about updates to our fitness offerings to provide the most relevant and up-to-date information.

Outbound Calls:
Feedback and Engagement:

- Proactively reach out to customers to gather feedback, suggestions, and testimonials, fostering a sense of community.
- Share exciting updates about our latest fitness offerings and promotions, keeping customers engaged and informed.

Collaboration:

- Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience and contribute to a positive, supportive remote work environment.
- Participate in virtual team meetings and training sessions to stay aligned with company goals and updates.

Performance Metrics:

- Meet and exceed performance goals related to call quality, customer satisfaction, and other key performance indicators.
- Provide regular reports on customer interactions and feedback to contribute to continuous improvement.

Adaptability:

- Demonstrate adaptability by learning about new fitness services and swiftly adapting to evolving customer needs.
- Stay positive, focused, and maintain a high level of professionalism in a dynamic remote work environment.

**Qualifications**:
