Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Provide administrative support to the training team and instructors.
- Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, venue setup, materials preparation, and attendance tracking.
- Maintain databases of learners, course registrations, feedback forms, and certification records.
- Prepare reports, memos, meeting minutes, and presentation materials as needed.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies, training materials, and equipment inventory.
- Assist in the onboarding of new instructors and trainers (e.g., contracts, schedules, orientation).
- Update course calendars, internal systems, and websites with training schedules and announcements.
- Support the coordination of marketing and communication efforts for training programs.
- Handle filing, photocopying, scanning, and other clerical tasks as required.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
- Proven capabilities as an administrative assistant.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Customer-service orientation and a collaborative mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills (Optional):

- Familiarity with e-marketing, and social media.
- Basic knowledge of HR or adult learning principles.
- Experience with tools like Zoom, Google Workspace, or Microsoft Teams.
