Integration (TIBCO)

Design and develop integration solutions using TIBCO tools such as TIBCO BusinessWorks, TIBCO EMS, and TIBCO API Management.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and understand integration requirements.
- Implement and configure various adapters and connectors to enable seamless integration between different systems.
- Monitor and troubleshoot integration processes to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Provide documentation for integration processes, configurations, and support procedures.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new TIBCO features to continuously improve integration solutions.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in developing integrations using TIBCO tools (TIBCO BusinessWorks, TIBCO EMS, etc.).
- Strong understanding of integration patterns, middleware concepts, and API management.
- Experience with web services (SOAP and REST), XML, JSON, and other data formats.
- Proficient in scripting languages (JavaScript, Groovy, etc.) and SQL.
- Experience with monitoring tools and performance tuning of TIBCO integrations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
