Requirements and responsibilities
- Period reports sharing with our customers.
- Build strong relationships with clients and become their “go-to” person.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams
- Notice and work on any expansion opportunity
- Cross sale & up sale our services
- Assisting the Business Unit director with additional tasks (Presentations, etc)

**Job Requirements**:

- Fluent in English is a MUST
- University degree or college diploma.
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role (i.e. sales or customer success).
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Organized and able to efficiently manage many tasks.
- Strong Excel & PowerPoint skills.
