**Company Description** Homzmart** is an end to end community that connects home professionals with homeowners who can browse home designs, furniture, accessories and products and also can find reviews, referring professionals, take advice from professionals and read articles about home improvement.

The Legal Specialist will support the company's legal operations by reviewing and drafting
contracts, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and acting as the primary
liaison with the external law firm. This role is essential in enabling business growth while
managing legal risk in a fast-paced, scale-up e-commerce environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Review, draft, and manage a wide range of legal documents and contracts.
- Liaise with external legal advisors on matters requiring specialized expertise or representation.
- Ensure organizational compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Maintain and organize legal records, files, and documentation systems.
- Provide general legal advice and support across departments as needed.
- Assist in the creation and implementation of internal policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Monitor legal and regulatory developments relevant to the organization.
- Contribute to risk management and internal audit activities.
- Support legal matters related to intellectual property, corporate governance, or licensing.

**Qualifications**
- A Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB); licensed to practice law in Egypt is preferred.
- 6 months to 1 year of relevant legal experience, ideally in corporate, commercial, or e-commerce law.
- Experience or exposure to scale-up/startup environments is a Plus.
- Familiarity with commercial contract law, consumer protection, and data privacy regulations.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic contract management tools.
