**About the Role**:
We’re looking for a highly skilled **ClickUp Expert** to help us optimize workflows, improve task management, and streamline collaboration across remote teams. This role is ideal for someone who knows ClickUp inside and out—from hierarchy setup to automation—and can translate business needs into scalable, efficient systems. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Audit and optimize existing ClickUp workspaces, folders, lists, and views
- Build and maintain custom workflows, automations, and templates tailored to team needs
- Create and manage forms, dashboards, and reporting structures for visibility and accountability
- Train team members on ClickUp best practices and new features
- Collaborate with department leads to align ClickUp usage with operational goals
- Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support for workspace improvements
- Document processes and maintain a ClickUp knowledge base for internal reference

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience using ClickUp in a professional setting
- Proven ability to build and manage complex ClickUp systems across teams
- Strong understanding of task dependencies, automations, and integrations
- Experience with remote team collaboration and workflow optimization
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Must provide examples or a portfolio of ClickUp setups or systems you've built

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- ClickUp Expert Certification or completion of ClickUp University courses
- Familiarity with tools integrated into ClickUp (e.g., Slack, Google Workspace, Zoom)
- Experience training others or leading ClickUp onboarding
- Background in project management, operations, or systems design
