**Purpose of the job**

Coordinate and implement Reverse supply chain process as per company standards and procedures, and set action plan related to Reverse, demand & Supply process for Technical products between Technology, Finance, Suppliers and Procurement, aiming to achieve best results from cost, quality and time perspectives and ensure integration & achievement of stakeholders multiple inputs.

**Duties and responsibilities**

1. Update and follow performance indicators measuring the efficiency of technical Reverse Logistics & End of life management

2. Challenge & define the demand forecast input received from Technology teams, end-of-life anticipation, substitution or cannibalization effects

3. Ensure transversal information update between Supply Chain, Technology, on suppliers shipment status, analysis on demand trend, demand forecast accuracy and inventory levels in central Warehouse. and overall distribution network

4. Responsible to ensure an efficient level of stocks vs. a good level of availability (by necessary correction actions build on analysis of stock, movements and trend)

5. Distribute weekly, monthly performance reports, comments for deviation explanation and proposed actions for improvement and optimization performance

6. Collect input information related to status of shipment from vendors and returns SLA?s for overall aftersales network

7. Follow planning and organize meetings with process members

8. Define and support negotiation of Operational / logistic conditions with suppliers

9. Monitor the supplier delivery of purchase orders and ensure that the agreed time of arrival is respected

10. Prepare Report for Optimization of plans related to End of life and aging stocks

11. Ensure the monthly reporting to demand & supply Manager of Orange and the Group COE

12. Analyze the related technical EOL stocks and provide the monthly related dashboards to upper management with related action plans and Gap analysis

13. Implement action plans aiming to improve technical Reverse Logistics performance (improvement of lead-times and logistic costs ; optimization of test repairs, refurbishment, destructions ; and maximization of products or spare parts resale incomes)

14. Identify technical Reverse Logistic process and propose corrective measures

15. Follow return flows and their processing, while respecting period agreements and associated costs, ensuring the guarantee management and traceability of products when necessary.

16. Update technical reverse and EOL plan information with all business stake-holders (Technology, Finance and Procurement) by verifying frequently the integrity of End of life and aging dashboards.

17. In case of anticipation of business deviations, inform hierarchy and take initiative with immediate concrete actions for correction.

18. Distribute weekly, monthly performance reports, comments for End of Life & related actions for improvement and optimization performance.

**Job specification**

**Education**:
1. Bachelor degree in Business Administration/Engineering/ Economics.

2. Supply Chain Certification / MRP / PMP and/or MBA is a plus.

**Experience**:
1. 3 to 5 years of experience in in supply chain field.

**Skills and abilities**:
1. Excellent in MS

2. Excellent in constructing dashboards and analysis

3. Very good English both spoken and written.

4. Ability to analyze data and reconcile figures.

5. Good coordination and communication skills.
