On-Hire is seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Compliance Manager - Tech to join our clinet innovative team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing compliance with legal and regulatory requirements specific to the technology industry. You will ensure that all policies and procedures align with local laws, industry standards, and best practices.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive compliance program tailored to the technology sector
- Monitor and assess the company's adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Work closely with legal, security, and operational teams to ensure compliance-related processes are efficient and effective
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify and address compliance issues
- Stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations impacting the technology industry
- Provide training and guidance to staff on compliance policies and regulatory requirements
- Prepare detailed reports for senior management regarding compliance status and any areas of concern
- Act as the primary point of contact for compliance-related inquiries

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Compliance Manager in the technology sector
- Strong knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards
- Degree in law, finance, business administration, or a related field
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with various departments
- Experience conducting compliance audits and risk assessments
- Certifications related to compliance (e.g., CCEP, CISM) are a plus
